RedGator Tree Trimmin' and Landscape (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tree care and landscape installation services in Las Vegas / Henderson, NV and the surrounding Las Vegas valley. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate through this site, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP, property type, the service you need, and a description of the job.
That form is provided by Jobber, the scheduling and customer management software we run our business on. What you enter goes directly to Jobber and creates a service request in our account there, so our team can follow up and prepare your estimate.
Information collected automatically
This site doesn’t run analytics or advertising tracking. The one third-party script in use is Jobber’s, which loads the estimate request form on our contact page and may set its own cookies to operate that form; see Jobber’s privacy policy for how they handle it. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical request data (like IP address and browser type) the way any web server does, purely to run and secure the site.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Estimate requests are shared with Jobber, which hosts the request form and stores that information as part of running our scheduling and customer records. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, our crew’s safety, or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax, accounting, and insurance requirements. You can ask us to delete your information and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices

Nevada residents have the right under state law to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information, but you may submit a verified request to us using the contact details on this page.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
